Terms of sale

1. Who you are buying from

These terms apply to every purchase made through Vintage Time Club. Our company details, registered address and VAT number are listed on the Contact page.

2. The watches we sell

Every piece is pre-owned and sold as described. Each listing states the reference, approximate year, condition and what is included. Small signs of wear are part of a vintage watch and are described honestly rather than hidden. Photographs show the actual watch you receive.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown including VAT where applicable. Members may see a separate member price; that price is only available while the membership is active. Payment is taken in full before dispatch.

4. Delivery

Watches are shipped insured and tracked, in a rigid case, with signature on delivery. Import duties or taxes outside the EU are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns policy for how to do this and in what condition the watch must be returned.

6. Servicing and warranty

Unless a listing states otherwise, each watch is sold with a 12-month warranty on the movement covering normal use. The warranty does not cover water damage, accidental damage, or work carried out by a third party.

7. Membership

Membership gives access to member pricing, early access to new arrivals, the community forum and the journal. A paid membership renews automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from your account page; access runs until the end of the paid period.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights. If something goes wrong, write to us first — we would rather fix it than argue about it.
