Who is responsible

Vintage Time Club is the controller of the personal data described here. Our company details and contact address are listed on the Contact page.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address and preferred language.
• Membership details: status, plan and renewal date.
• Orders: what you bought, the amount and the delivery details.
• Content you publish: forum posts and the watches in your own collection.
• Messages you send us through the contact form, and newsletter sign-ups.

Why we use it

To run your account and membership, fulfil orders, answer your questions, operate the member community, and — if you asked for it — send you the newsletter. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.

Sharing

We share data only with the services needed to run the shop: our hosting and database provider, our payment provider, our shop platform, our email provider and shipping carriers. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Account and membership data is kept while your account exists. Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to us through the Contact page and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your cart and language. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.
